For a bug report, include your app version, device model, iOS version and steps to reproduce it. Only include screenshots or trip files if you want to share them; remove personal details first.
Add a trip, choose your destination and dates, select travelers and activities, and generate your checklist. Check items as you pack and edit quantities, notes or bag assignments as needed.
Quick Lists are checklists that do not require a destination or travel dates. Use them for everyday plans or recurring essentials.
Saved lists can be viewed and edited without a connection. Fresh weather, online place searches and iCloud sync require internet access.
Use the same Apple Account on your devices and check Settings > iCloud Sync in the app. Ensure iCloud is available, there is enough storage, and both devices have a network connection. Sync may take time.
Check the network connection and selected destination. Forecasts only cover dates supported by the weather service; a distant future trip may not have a forecast yet. Checklist use remains available.
Set an item reminder and allow notifications when prompted. Notification permission and delivery are separate on each device.
Open your trip's sharing options to share a text checklist, export a PDF or trip package, or print through AirPrint.
Delete records in the app and manage iCloud data through Apple settings. Removing the app from one device does not necessarily remove its data from iCloud or other devices. See the privacy policy for details.
