User Agreement

1. Apple standard terms and acceptance

Your use of CamSign is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement , these product-specific terms, and the Privacy Policy. CamSign is licensed, not sold. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

2. Service

CamSign lets you scan, import, organize, annotate, sign, export, share, and print documents on supported Apple devices. Features may be fixed, improved, changed, suspended, or discontinued as the app evolves.

3. Your content and authority

You retain responsibility for your documents, images, signatures, initials, stamps, and other content. You must own that content or have all rights and authority needed to import, edit, sign, export, share, or print it.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use CamSign to:

5. Local storage and backups

CamSign stores user content locally by default. You are responsible for exporting important documents and maintaining suitable backups. Deleting content or removing the app may be irreversible, subject to Apple’s device backup and restore behavior.

6. CamSign Premium subscriptions

CamSign Premium is offered through automatically renewing Weekly and Annual plans. Both plans unlock unlimited real-document signing, scanning, editing, exporting, and Send for Signature on supported devices. The Weekly plan is billed every week and has no free trial. The Annual plan is billed every year and may include a 3-day introductory free trial for eligible users.

The exact localized price, billing period, and offer eligibility appear on the purchase screen using information supplied by Apple before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. Unless canceled before the trial ends, an Annual free trial converts to the paid Annual plan.

Each plan renews automatically for the same period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before that end. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Removing CamSign does not cancel a subscription.

Apple processes purchases, renewals, price-change notices or consent, refunds, and subscription status under its applicable terms. Restoring purchases creates no new charge. Access on another supported device requires the Apple Account associated with the active subscription and remains subject to Apple entitlement availability.

7. Exports and third-party services

Files shared, saved, or printed through Apple services or third-party apps may be processed differently outside CamSign. PDF rendering, forms, fonts, annotations, and printing can vary between apps and devices.

8. Intellectual property

CamSign and its original software, visual design, branding, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. This agreement does not transfer ownership of CamSign or grant rights beyond the applicable license.

9. Availability and changes

CamSign is provided on an “as available” basis. We may fix, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Material changes to these terms will be identified by an updated effective date.

10. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, CamSign is provided without warranties that every document, signature, export, or print result will meet every legal or technical requirement. Review important documents before relying on or distributing them. Liability limitations in the Apple Standard EULA apply where permitted by law.
